On Monday, Oct. 11, 2010 at 10:30 something extraordinary happened. We went to Carver's gym and Switchback band came! They played pieces of music such as: smooth jazz, blues, country, etc. They played the mandolin and guitar. They were sponsored by the Dubuque Arts Council (DAC). We answered questions, and if we got them right we got a sticker. One person in our class got a sticker (Laney Herman). One song was the rhythm of rain. It was so good that it felt like a dream. The Switchback band concert was amazing.
